Phase 8 is an exciting component of Sage Creek that will provide a diverse array of living options for a variety of different lifestyles and budgets. Aside from the block of premium single-family homes along Grey Heron Drive, the majority of Phase 8 will consist of multi-family homes.

Grey Heron Drive:
This project was Phase 8’s first multi-family site built by Dobie Properties. With residents already happily living in the first 22 townhome condo units, this project is expanding to further occupy Grey Heron Drive. These extravagant townhome condos boast stunning wetland views and walk-out lower levels. With this product type being in high demand, the units under construction have already pre-sold but more are expected to become available.
Flora Condominiums and Flora North Condominiums are a part of StreetSide Developments’ new townhomes project that are on back-to-back land parcels. First to hit the market was Flora Condominiums located on Grey Heron Drive, which offered 24 units that completely pre-sold within a few short months of being released.
Luckily, StreetSide has now launched Flora North Condominiums located on Morning Star Lane and Witham Road for pre-sales. Flora North Condominiums is a collection of multi-level townhomes featuring two-bedroom floorplans that range from 979 square-feet to 1,178 square-feet, with the option to finish the basement to include a third bedroom. These pet-friendly units include a landscaped front yard, designer finishes and outdoor parking.
Morning Star Lane Condos:
Randall Homes started constructing the first units of their two-storey luxury condominiums on Morning Star Lane early this year. These homes will range from 1,499 square-feet to 1,563 square-feet and give future owners the choice of selecting between five floor plans. All units will be professionally landscaped and comprise of three bedrooms and two and a half baths. They will also include an attached garage and a rear deck.
Witham at Sage:
Kensington Homes' is bringing luxurious two-storey townhome condos to Witham Road. These units will have three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms. Floor plans will range from 1,360 to 1,408 square-feet and include a double detached garage, as well as a basement with the option to finish it. Those living in Witham at Sage will have the same space as a single-family home, but with the convenience of maintenance-free living. Witham at Sage is now pre-selling their first units and a display suite is set to open to the public in May.
As Phase 8 broadens living options within Sage Creek, residents in this phase can enjoy many benefits including being walking distance from Living Prairie Childcare and the Village Centre with access to a wide variety of restaurants, services and shopping. Another great feature coming to Phase 8 will be the new Division scolaire franco-manitobaine (DSFM) school; The Government of Manitoba has granted approval for its construction to begin with an opening date in 2025. It will serve as Sage Creek’s second school in the neighbourhood.
