Luckily, StreetSide has launched Flora North Condominiums located on Morning Star Lane and Witham Road for pre-sales. Witham at Sage:
Kensington Homes' has brought luxurious two-storey townhome condos to Witham Road. These units have three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms. Floor plans range from 1,360 to 1,408 square-feet and include a double detached garage, as well as a basement with the option to finish it. Those living in Witham at Sage have the same space as a single-family home, but with the convenience of maintenance-free living. Witham at Sage has sold out in their first two buildings with only a couple units remaining.

Grey Heron Rise:
This project was Phase 8’s first multi-family site to break ground. With residents already happily living in the first seven complete condo units, this project will eventually expand to further occupy Grey Heron Drive with a total of 22 units. These extravagant townhome condos boast stunning wetland views and walk-out lower levels.With this product type being in high demand, the next units are set to launch for pre-sales in early March 2023.
