
In order to accommodate townhomes that fit both the context and character of the single family housing across the street and the Sage Creek Village Centre, Qualico Communities has requested the following variances:
1. A reduction of the front yard setback from 25 feet to 7.9 feet (Lafrance Lane)
2. A reduction of the West side yard from 25 feet to 5 feet
3. A reduction of the East corner setback from 20 feet to 9.5 feet
These variances are required in order to accommodate the proposed site plan below:

A public hearing is set to take place on February 20th at 5:00pm at the Council Building, 510 Main Street. The hearing will allow any interested persons to make submissions, ask questions, or register objections in respect to this variance request. Upon approval of the variance request, the site plan above will be put forth for consideration and final approval as well.
