The 2017 Fall Parade of Homes runs September 9 to October 1, 2017 and Sage Creek is ready to go! The community has grown immensely and will only continue to do so as it moves into the remaining phases of development. As it stands, Sage Creek boasts over 1,600 families and is thriving with an energy most neighbourhoods strive for.
This year’s Parade of Homes features 15 beautiful show homes, all featuring different styles, builders, and possibilities for your new home. The goal of Parade of Homes is to inspire your imagination. You’re the decision-maker when it comes to building your new home and we want you to know what is possible. We also want you to get a feel for the vibe of the community!

In addition to attractive homes, Sage Creek is a bustling hub of activity. The Village Centre features numerous businesses such as Sobeys, Freshii, Sobeys, RBC, Manitoba Liquor Mart, Tim Hortons, Shopper’s Drug Mart, and the brand new McDonald’s, so residents don’t have to cross town for every shopping need.
Sage Creek features numerous playgrounds and parks, but also a new school. École Sage Creek School (early learning to grade 8) opens its doors this year to provide modern education paired with modern philosophy. It also has a daycare centre for the young ones.

- Monday to Thursday from 3:00pm to 8:00pm
- Saturday and Sunday from 12:00pm to 6:00pm

Contest
We’re very excited to announce our Fall for Qualico Communities Photo Contest! We’re giving away three $75 Visa gift cards, one per week, during Parade of Homes. All you have to do to enter is take a picture of your favourite show home or community feature, post it on Instagram or Facebook with the hashtag #fallforqc and the name of the community where the photo was taken.
At the end of the four weeks, we’re choosing our favourite five photos, posting them on our Facebook page, and whichever photo generates the most likes in two weeks, will declared the winner and whomever took the photo will win a $200 Visa gift card.
