On August 23, Sage Creek residents noticed City crews with tractors mowing down the native grasses in the Hydro Corridor between Tallgrass Crescent and Red Lily Road in order to control the weeds. The timing of this mow is not good for the viability of the grasses.

Now that we’ve had our first snowfall, it’s time to start pulling out all your brightest Christmas lights and festive decorations, because the annual Sage Creek Residents' Association (SCRA) Christmas Decorating Contest is back!
The Sage Creek Resident's Association plays a huge role in the Sage Creek community by planning social events, fundraising, and bringing the community together in general. Jamie Gowryluk Moniz and Chris Bohemier are two notable members who are stepping down this year from the board, leaving behind many accomplishments and contributions made to the neighbourhood. There will be two open positions coming this fall, and the board needs your help in filling them.
